The Credit Human office space was designed to feel like a part of the community in terms of design, sustainability, and green building methods. This project took a cue from San Antonio’s draft climate action plan and aimed to make a difference.

 

This 12-story, 200,000 sf build consists of 4 levles of parking and 8 floors of multi-tenant office space. 2,912 solar panels cover the building, which generates enough energy to power over 200 houses. Our team installed the cold form metal framing, thermal insulation, gypsum board shaft wall assemblies, non structural metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, and acoustic blanket insulation.
