Through adaptive re-use, a 120,000-SF warehouse was transformed into a state-of-the-art workplace to house Chick-fil-A’s corporate marketing and field operations departments. The contemporary environment benefits from the availability of generous ceiling heights. Bold geometric shapes define conference and breakout spaces. The use of both clear and color infused glass contributes to the transparency of the space. Playful urban inspired furnishings and a variety of custom lighting features add a whimsical appeal to this warehouse renovation. Reclaimed wood paneling and polished concrete floors maintain the warehouse/loft aesthetic while contrasted with finished stainless steel and glass.
