Houston Marriott Marquis Hotel

The Houston Marriott Marquis Hotel features a one of a kind rooftop lazy river in the shape of Texas. The roof top over looks Houston’s Discovery Green, which is an ideal area to be in during the many events Discovery Green hosts through-out the year. Not to mention the 2017 Super Bowl hosted in Houston.
The 6 story podium of the hotel is a steel and concrete structure. The 23 remaining stories of the tower are made up of concrete. The exterior skin of the hotel required several different trades to capture the look of the hotel. The hotel is 29 stories and features 1,000 guest rooms, 6 restaurants and bars, a full service space and fitness center, and 100,000 square feet of event space.
