Kyle Holland of AGC Houston explained that "Master Builder' comes from early construction history. It was a title of the highest respect reserved for individuals involved in designing and constructing structures that enhance the community. When our Board discusses the Master Builder recipient, we consider designers, project owners, and contractors, but ultimately, we stay true to the historical definition." This year, the AGC Board of Directors unanimously selected Stan for his unwavering dedication to his people, his company, and the community.
For decades, Stan Marek has not only led MAREK to build incredible projects but also focused on building something even more valuable careers.
