This project is a $50 million renovation of the public areas on the ground level and plaza levels of three office towers in a five-building complex in Energy Square. Added are a 10,000 square foot fitness area, conference rooms, lounge areas, and delis. Renovations were also made to the lobbies and corridors of each building on both levels. A pedestrian park is outside, as well as drive through access to the building entries. There are high-end ceiling finishes and fabric panels
