Marek Brothers Company - Austin will be working with Riverside Homes to build new, modern-style homes located in central Austin close to Zilker Park. This development will be a 10-home development built on a one acre tract in the Zilker neighborhood. The homes are new and modern. They will offer downtown views and easy access to some of Austin's most notorious restaurants and venues.
Barton Skyline's units all have a three star rating from Austin Energy's Green Building program, private yards and two-car garages. Buyers have the option to customize their homes before they are even built. Four of the ten homes in Barton Skyline offer large backyards and flexible floor plans. The remain six are three-story homes with downtown views.
The homes at Barton Skyline will average 2,000 square feet. Custom features include sheet-glass backsplashes, Caesarstone countertops and European-style frameless cabinetry.
